About

Monique Prince is a boldly-committed and powerfully-driven entrepreneurial woman who embraces calls to action in both her personal and professional lives with grace and compassion. Her faith-based conviction is the foundation upon which she has built her life, family and business.
With her husband and partner Eusi, Monique is raising their 10 children and running All My Sons Hair of Art Studio, their family-owned business with two locations in Pickering and Scarborough. As a certified Direct Support Person, Monique spent the past 11 years working with adults with special needs and it was through this work that her desire to serve her community was born. She has since grown that initial desire to help others through multiple community outreach programs.
All My Sons continually engages community youth with mentorship by training them in the art of the barbershop, providing them with confidence and guidance as well as marketable job skills.
In 2013, Monique founded Beauty Seekrets, a networking group for women that challenges them to look deep within themselves for the power they need to actualize their dreams, heal themselves and move forward with purpose and mindfulness. This faith-based and peer-led mentorship group meets regularly across the GTA and focuses on growth and development for women.
In 2018, Monique witnessed the increasing gun violence taking place in our communities and like so many, she wanted to do something. Unable to ignore the escalating situation, Monique was driven to create the Sons Stop Shooting Our Sons movement. This crusade coordinates prayer parades in GTA communities impacted by gun violence, gathering participants to declare unity and restoration. With two parades held in 2018, Monique looks forward to expanding the reach and impact of this movement in 2019. Monique has also worked diligently over the past few years to broaden her skill set to include public speaking. She has delivered keynote addresses and talks at faith conferences, youth-focused workshops and community and special events calling upon her dynamic personal testimony to inspire others. She is now a popular and in-demand motivational speaker who comes ready to address a large variety of topics including youth mentorship and investment, family and faith, community building, entrepreneurship and women’s issues.
Monique Prince is a true force of nature, never shying away from challenges, ever-willing to serve her community and always ready to dedicate her time and energy to those in need.
